This single vineyard Picpoul was planted in 2019 in the alluvial soils of the Willunga Piedmont. The variety is well suited to our terroir: it produces slowly maturing good quality fruit which retains flavour and acidity.
Organically grown and hand-picked, the grapes are then crafted into this wine by our friend Tim Geddes. This clean fresh wine is names after our miniature donkey Monty. Our Picpoul is relatively low in alcohol and traditionally enjoyed with oysters.
